Why a student from Egypt decided to learn Russian (VIDEO)
"I've studied in an American school and they taught history from their point of view and I wanted to know the reality from all points of view," says Marina Harbi.
Marina has been studying Russian for three years in her homeland, at the foreign languages faculty of an Egyptian university.
In Cairo, she heads a Russian language study club at the Russian House and is responsible for conversational and theatrical events. Marina has already been to Russia twice and even participated in the Russian Language Championship for foreigners.
