1. А: Где театр?
    В: Вот он.

    А: Where is the theater?
    B: Here it is.

2. А: Где здесь аптека?
    В: Вот она.

    А: Where is a pharmacy near here?
    B: Here it is.

3. А: Извините, где здесь метро?
    В: Вон оно.

    А: Excuse me, where is a metro station near here?
    B: Over there.

4. А: Извините, где парк?
    В: Вон там.

    А: Excuse me, where is the park?
    B: Over there.

NOTE!

We use the words ‘вот’ and ‘вон’, when showing the direction by gesture. 

‘Вот’ is used when the place is just near you, ‘вон’ - when it is a bit far. 

You choose a pronoun (‘он’, ‘она’, ‘оно’), depending on the gender of the noun.
