There is no present perfect tense in Russian. Instead, we use the past tense.

В: Да, был.

A: Have you ever been to Moscow?
B: Yes, I have.

2. А: Ты когда-нибудь был в Париже?
В: Нет, никогда не был. А ты?
А: Я тоже не была.

A: Have you ever been to Paris?
B: No, I have never been. And you?
A: I haven’t been, either.
