LESSON 12: GOODBYE!
The most common ways to say “goodbye” in Russian are “До свидания” and “Пока”. The first one is formal and neutral, used with unfamiliar people, seniors and in formal and other situations. “Пока” is informal and appropriate for friends and relatives.

- Увидимся! - See you!
- Прощай! - Farewell! (when people say goodbye for a long time or forever)
- Хорошего вечера! - Have a good evening!
- Спокойной ночи! - Good night!
- Сладких снов! - Sweet dreams!
- Давай! - Yep, see ya!
- Ну всё, давай! - Okay then, see ya!
NOTE! The last three are very informal and are typically used only with friends and relatives.
