In order to ask a name of something use the question: “Как называется?” For example:  

1. Как называется эта песня?
What’s the name of this song?

2. Как называется этот фильм?
What’s the name of this movie?

If the noun is in plural form, use the plural form of the verb – ‘называются’.

Как называются эти конфеты?
What are these candies called?
