Italian artistry meets Russian soul: the story of Marco Bravura, the mosaic master who found his true spiritual home and a new creative chapter in the quiet town of Tarusa.

Italian mosaic artist Marco Bravura traveled half the world in search of inspiration, but he found his real place of spiritual strength in Russia. More than 15 years ago, fate brought him to the small town of Tarusa on the banks of the Oka River. This quiet corner of the country became for the mosaic master not just a dot on the map, but a new home and the beginning of a very special chapter of his life.

Having arrived at the invitation of Russian philanthropist Ismail Akhmetov, Marko planned to stay in Russia for a short time, but the atmosphere of Tarusa, its nature, laid-back rhythm of life and deep cultural tradition captivated him from the very first days. Together with his wife, he settled in this town, where every season, every view of the local land and every random meeting with locals becomes a source of inspiration.

In Russia, Marko didn't just continue his business, he expanded it big time. He opens exhibitions, holds creative meetings, and unites artists, musicians, and art connoisseurs around him. Thanks to his energy and talent, Tarusa gradually transformed from a provincial town into an important cultural point where the Italian artistic tradition and Russian spirituality are intertwined. The tiny town now even attracts flows of tourists!

The story of Marco Bravura is a story of a happy move, a conscious choice and true love for Russia. This is a story about how a man from another country found a home, inspiration and recognition here, and Russia became for him a place where he wants to live, create and stay forever.
