PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY OF ANO ‘TV-NOVOSTI’

1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’) has been developed by ANO ‘TV-Novosti’, OGRN 1057746595367 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Operator’) in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 18.1 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’, as well as in accordance with other federal laws and by-laws of the Russian Federation that determine the cases and features of personal data processing and ensuring the security and confidentiality of such information (Legislation in the field of personal data).
1.2. The ‘Policy’ has been developed to describe approaches to the processing of personal data when using the website https://www.gw2ru.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Website’), including the training platform, online forms to fill out, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Resources’).
1.3. The ‘Policy’ establishes for each purpose of processing personal data the categories and list of personal data processed, the categories of subjects whose personal data are processed, the methods, terms of their processing and storage, the procedure for the destruction of personal data upon achieving the purposes of their processing or upon the occurrence of other legal grounds, will determine the procedure and conditions for processing personal data, measures to ensure the security of personal data in relation to information that the ‘Operator’ may receive from you during the use of the ‘Website’ and ‘Resources’.
1.4. The ‘Website’ may contain hyperlinks to other websites provided by third parties. The ‘Operator’ does not control third-party websites or information posted on third-party websites. The ‘Operator’ is not responsible for the protection and confidentiality of any information provided by you on third-party websites after you have left the ‘Website’ of the ‘Operator’.
1.5. The ‘Operator’ does not check the accuracy of the personal data provided. All information provided by you is considered by the ‘Operator’ as correct personal data, the relevance of which you maintain independently.
1.6. The ‘Operator’ assumes that the data you provide belongs to you personally and that you are a legally competent person. In the event of incapacity of the person using the ‘Website’ and ‘Resources’, consent to the processing of personal data is provided by his legal representative who has read and accepted the terms of the ‘Policy’.
1.7. All issues not regulated by this ‘Policy’ are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The ‘Operator’ may use personal data for the following purposes:

The methods of processing personal data for each of the above processing purposes are specified in Section 4 of this ‘Policy’.
The terms of processing and storing personal data, the procedure for destruction are specified in Section 4 of this ‘Policy’.
The ‘Operator’ processes the personal data of visitors to the ‘Website’ with their consent, which is provided when filling out the form by checking the box ‘I agree to the processing of personal data by ANO TV-Novosti’.
3.1. The ‘Operator’ uses cookies on the ‘Website’ to process personal data.
A cookie is a small text file that is sent to your device (computer, mobile phone) from a website. 3.2. Cookies are processed using the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service provided by YANDEX Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Yandex).
3.2.1. According to the Yandex.Metrica Data Privacy Policy (https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/confidential-data.html), in order to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, the terms of use of the Yandex.Metrica service prohibit the transfer of identification information to Metrica.
Information about your use of the ‘Website’, collected using cookies, will be transferred to Yandex and stored on the Yandex server. Yandex will process this information in the interests of the website owner, in particular, to evaluate your use of the ‘Website’, compile reports on activity on the ‘Website’. Yandex processes this information in the manner set out in the Yandex.Metrica Terms of Use (https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse/).
You can prohibit the storage of cookies using the corresponding settings in your browser software. 3.3. When you first visit the ‘Website’, a notification about the collection and processing of cookies will pop up with a link to the ‘Policy’ and buttons to accept the terms of processing (‘Confirm’) or close the pop-up notification by the user.
3.4. If you do not agree to the processing of cookies and do not click the ‘Confirm’ button, you must accept the risk that in such a case the functions and capabilities of the ‘Website’ may not be available in full and then follow one of the following options:
3.4.1. Configure your browser yourself in accordance with the documentation or help for it so that it permanently does not allow receiving and sending cookies;

4.1. The ‘Operator’ does not disclose to third parties or distribute personal data without your consent or other legal basis.
4.2. The ‘Operator’ does not process special categories of personal data related to race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, or intimate life.
4.3. The ‘Operator’ does not process biometric personal data containing information that characterizes the physiological and biological characteristics of a person that allows his or her identity to be established.
4.4. The ‘Operator’ does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data.
4.5. The ‘Operator’ does not post personal data in publicly available sources for the purposes specified in Section 2 of the ‘Policy’ without your prior consent.
4.6. The ‘Operator’ has the right to transfer your personal data to third parties for processing under an agency agreement, including hosting providers, in compliance with the confidentiality conditions and requirements for the agency for processing personal data provided for by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’.
4.7. The ‘Operator’ processes personal data using automation tools and without them, fulfilling the requirements for automated and non-automated processing of personal data provided for by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’ and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it.
4.8. For the purposes specified in paragraph 2 of this ‘Policy’, the ‘Operator’ has the right to perform any actions (operations) or a set of actions (operations) provided for in paragraph 3 of part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (provision, access) of personal data to third parties with your consent and in compliance with measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of the consent given by the subject of personal data. In this case, the ‘Operator’ shall disseminate personal data only if there is separate consent for dissemination in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’.
4.9. As a general rule, the ‘Operator’ shall process your personal data until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved.
Upon achieving the purposes of processing, personal data shall be subject to deletion and/or destruction within 30 (thirty) days. The ‘Operator’ will also stop processing your personal data and destroy or delete it if you withdraw your consent to the processing of data in the manner provided in Section 5 of the ‘Policy’ that was processed on the basis of your consent.
Please note that in some cases the ‘Operator’ may continue to process your data after you withdraw your consent if such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, the fulfillment of obligations in accordance with applicable law, or if such processing is required to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the ‘Operator’.
5.1. By deciding to provide the ‘Operator’ with your personal data, you act freely, of your own free will and in your interests, unconditionally expressing your informed and informed consent to their processing.
5.2. You have the following rights in relation to the personal data processing carried out by the ‘Operator’:
5.2.1. revoke consent to the processing of your personal data;
5.2.2. demand clarification of your personal data, their blocking and/or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, illegally obtained or is not necessary;
5.2.3. obtain access to your personal data;
5.2.4. file objections to the processing of personal data by the ‘Operator’.
5.3. You can receive clarification on issues related to the processing of your personal data (including revoking your consent to the processing of personal data) in one of the following ways:
5.3.1. by sending a written request to the ‘Operator’ at the address: 111020, Moscow, Borovaya St., Building 3, Bldg. 1 in the manner prescribed by Article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ ‘On Personal Data’;
5.3.2. by sending a written request to the ‘Operator’ from the email address you specified when filling out the feedback form on the ‘Website’ and/or ‘Resources’ in the form of an electronic document (scanned copy/photocopy of the request) to the email address of the ‘Operator’: info@gw2ru.com
6.1. The ‘Operator’ shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized/accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions by third parties, including: issuing local acts on the processing and security of personal data, as well as local acts establishing procedures aimed at preventing and identifying violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, eliminating the consequences of such violations; using information security tools that have undergone the procedure for assessing compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of information security; detecting facts of unauthorized access; restoring personal data; establishing rules for access to personal data; conducting internal control and assessing the effectiveness of the measures taken.
6.2. In order to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, the ‘Operator’ has implemented the following requirements for the protection of personal data:
persons responsible for organizing the processing and ensuring the security of personal data have been appointed;
the composition of persons having access to personal data has been limited;
the safety of personal data carriers has been ensured; access of personal data subjects to information resources and software and hardware for information processing has been restricted;
a system for registering and recording the actions of personal data subjects of personal data information systems has been introduced;
a limited access regime has been organized to personal data processing premises.
7.1. The current version of the ‘Policy’ is always available on the page at: https://gw2ru/policy.
7.2. The ‘Operator’ has the right to make changes to the ‘Policy’. The provisions of the ‘Policy’ are subject to updating in the event of changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data. The new version of the ‘Policy’ comes into force from the moment it is posted on the ‘Website’ or ‘Resources’, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the ‘Policy’. Continued use of the ‘Website’ and ‘Resources’ after the publication of the new version of the ‘Policy’ means acceptance of the ‘Policy’ and its terms. In case of disagreement with the terms of the ‘Policy’, you must immediately stop using the ‘Website’ and ‘Resources’.
7.3. The ‘Operator’ reserves the right to make changes to the ‘Policy’ without notifying the subjects of personal data, in particular, users.
7.4. The ‘Policy’ is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
