‘Ukhha’ is a fish soup with a clear broth. This soup is cooked with one or several varieties of fish topped with onions, potatoes, carrots and spices. 

As a rule, river fish is used in soup: cod, pike, perch. And the soup is usually served with ‘rasstegai’.
