"Russian people are kind! They are always ready to help," says Yaarob Al Hasna.
Yaarob from Syria came to Russia in 2024 to enroll in a master's program at MISIS University. In his home country, he graduated from university with a degree in metallurgical engineering.
His father, a translator, once lived in Russia, so Yaarob heard Russian spoken from childhood and was surrounded by Russian books, as there was a large library at home. After completing his master's degree, Yaarob wants to find work in metallurgical companies in Siberia.
