Participate in a competition for Russian language teachers from different countries

The Pushkin Institute and the ‘Russkiy Mir’ Foundation are inviting international specialists to take part in an international professional skills competition – and also to visit Russia!

Teachers of the Russian language from the following countries are eligible to participate: Azerbaijan, Abkhazia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand.

You must register by September 15, 2026, on the ‘Education in Russian’ website and fill out an application form.

The competition is held in two stages: online and then in-person.

Winners of the online stage will be invited to Moscow for the in-person stage (with all expenses covered by the host party). The final of the competition will take place in Moscow from November 15 to 21, 2026.
