We already learnt the adverbs of frequency ‘обычно’ and ‘иногда’ in Unit 6. Let’s broaden the list of words with such a meaning: 

• каждый день  100%   every day 
• всегда             100%   always
• обычно            80%     usually
• часто               60%     often
• иногда             40%     sometimes
• редко               20%     seldom, rarely
• никогда (не)    0%       never

1. Я каждый день встаю в 7 часов.
I wake up at 7 am everyday.

2. Я всегда читаю новости утром.
I always read the news in the morning.

3. Я обычно обедаю в кафе.
I usually eat lunch in the cafe.

4. Я часто готовлю пасту.
I often cook pasta.

5. Я иногда бегаю в парке.
I sometimes jog in the park.

6. Я редко загораю.
I rarely sunbathe.

7. Я никогда не работаю ночью.
I never work at night.

NOTE! The adverb ‘никогда’ (never) is always used with the negative form of the verb.
