B: You need to go straight and turn left.
In Unit 4, we learnt words 'слева' and 'справа'. They denote location, while 'налево' and 'направо' denote direction. Compare:
1. Банк там, справа.
Bank is over there on the right. (bank is located on the right)
2. Вам нужно повернуть направо.
You need to turn right. (you need to move to the right)
