To say the item’s position, we can use prepositions ‘в’ (in, inside something) and ‘на’ (on, on the surface) and the Prepositional case for the noun.
NOTE!
Some nouns in the prepositional case have a ‘y’ ending instead of ‘e’.
- шкаф - в/на шкафу — in/on the drobe
- угол - в/на углу — in/on the corner
- пол - на полу — on the floor
