Х - Холодец

‘Kholodets’ is a very thick meat broth with pieces of meat (usually pork or beef), which, when cooled, turns into jelly. Most often, you will find ‘kholodets’ served at New Year's feasts.  

It is most often eaten with horseradish or mustard. And, of course, it must be cold! Never warm it!
