Ч – Чебурек
A ‘cheburek’ is a semicircle-shaped pie made of thin dough with a meat or cheese filling. They are deep-fried, which is why they are always so golden brown. During cooking, bubbles form on the crust.
This is probably the most popular street food at any Black Sea resort. There are also cafes in many Russian cities which specialize in different ‘chebureks’.
