Н - Наполеон
Napoleon is a Russian version of the “thousand layers” cake. It appeared in 1912, when the country was celebrating the 100th anniversary of the victory over Napoleon. It is easily prepared from puff pastry and custard (or buttercream). The main thing is to let the cakes soak for at least a night.
